Leyr Return & Refund Policy

At Leyr, we create consciously designed stylewear for women who express themselves through fashion. Every piece is made with intention and love, and we want you to feel great in what you wear.
If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple return process with a store-credit-first policy — with a one-time full refund exception for your very first Leyr purchase.
1. Our Return Promise
We accept returns if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

Tags and original packaging are intact
-
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

The item is not an accessory, final sale, or made-to-order item
2. What You’ll Receive

Store Credit: All eligible returns are refunded as store credit, valid for 12 months from issue date.

Full Refund (Only on First Order): If you’re shopping with us for the first time and your order doesn’t work out, we’ll offer a full refund to your original payment method — just once.
This is our way of helping you try Leyr with confidence.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and design integrity, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Accessories such as waist belts, scarves, and other add-ons

Final Sale or Clearance pieces

Customized or altered items
-
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or fragrance
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@leyr.in within 7 days of delivery with:

Your Order Number

The reason for return
-
Photos if the item is incorrect or damaged
We’ll review your request and confirm the return within 2–3 working days.
5. Pickup & Inspection

We’ll schedule a reverse pickup (where available), or you can ship it back to us.

Once we receive your item, it will go through a quality check.

If approved, your store credit or first-time refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
6. Exchange Requests
If you’d like a different size or style, we’re happy to exchange it once, subject to availability.
In case the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit instead.
7. Shipping Costs

First return per order: Free pickup (wherever serviceable)

Subsequent returns: Return shipping to be arranged and paid by the customer

Self-shipped returns: Shipping fees are non-refundable
8. Orders with Damaged / Wrong Items
We’re really sorry if you received something faulty. Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. After that, our return policy applies.
10. Return Abuse Policy
To maintain fairness for all customers, excessive returns or abuse of the first-time refund policy may lead to limitations on future return eligibility. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
